View someone's profile
A user’s profile displays key information about the user.
Information in a user’s profile
Section titled “Information in a user’s profileâ€- Their name.
- Their availability.
- Their profile picture.
- Their email address, if you have permission to view it.
- Their user ID.
- Their role in the organization.
- The date they joined the organization.
- Their current local time.
- Any custom profile fields they’ve filled out.
Additional tabs showing:
- The channels that the user is subscribed to. Note that the list is limited to channels for which you have permission to see all subscribers.
- The user groups to which they belong.
- Their name.
- Their availability and status.
- Their email address, if you have permission to view it.
- Their role in the organization.
- Any custom profile fields they’ve filled out.
View someone’s profile
Section titled “View someone’s profileâ€- Hover over a user’s name in the right sidebar.
- Click on their avatar or the ellipsis () to the right of their name to open their user card.
- Click View profile.
- Tap on a user’s profile picture or name.
Share someone’s profile
Section titled “Share someone’s profileâ€- Hover over a user’s name in the right sidebar.
- Click on their avatar or the ellipsis () to the right of their name to open their user card.
- Click View profile.
- Click on the link () icon to the right of their name to copy the URL for their profile.
